Many people have become enchanted with the options provided by an educated palate. Why not? When your out and about its considered an educated move to suggest the proper wine or alcholic beverage. So often the lesser known or cheaper brands are left out of a taste survey. Not so in the case of Tall Forty. We are dedicated whether it's a 1/2 a carafe or a cold 4O oz bottle of brewski, we at Tall Forty will guide with our taste buds.

WINE-O!
Just as there is a seperation between church and state, so are the many fine lines between beverages, liquors', wines',drafts, and ales'.
One thing that is very important is the color. Often a light shake of a bottle can reveal what the true content is.
A good beer has a nice color to it. It does not resemble apple cider! This is a very fine distinction , however, it is very important! The foam should not be unusual! There should be plenty of bubbles. Remember bottle of 20 oz is significantly cheaper than a fine pilsner. Be afraid!
The water is filtered. So is the tap water that comes out of my faucet. Listen be realistic. Check around. The water is what makes the taste. Look around the mart and see what kind of place your shopping in. Are they recycling the bottles and washing them in the back, baby! Hey its been done and what are you going to do when your paying $1.99?
The love affair continues however the quality slips when you find the can that go 2/1$. You can expect a quick burst of flavor and a rush if your on an empty stomach, thrill seekers should try a straw.

Although malts generally tend to have an aftertaste a nice change from your pilsners is a lemon beverage. There are various brands on the market. There seems to be some question as to whether some of the brands are using real lemons or something called limon, which could be a form of herbal.
Now for the Tall Forty Kick report. This is the part where we rate the performance, taste and effect of various brands.
King Cobra- Taste: Bitter. This is usually at the bottom of the price range 99-1.99. What do you expect? Effect: Mild to moderate headache next day!
Miller Lite. Alot can be said for this little brew. Although it's a lite it's taste is great.
Miller Geniune cold draft: Taste is Mild although not as distinct as the lite.
